The Doug Thorley Shorty headers are a direct bolt on 50 state legal ceramic coated header that produces and EXTRA 16HP and 28TQ at 3000 rpm. The goal behind these was to produce a much needed bump to the bottom and midrange power of the 4.0 as well as increase gas mileage by approx 2 mpg. . They are constructed of 14 ga tubing and 3/8" flanges for unequaled quality and feature a lifetime warranty. These fit 05-12 Xterra, Frontier, Pathfinder, Navara and Equator.

This is what you all have been waiting for. Prerunnerparts exclusive bolt in cat delete pipes which replace the rear 2 cats on your 4.0 platform. The B pipes will either bolt up to your factory front cats or directly to the DT long tubes for a true catless vehicle. By removing your rear cats you will gain both increased MPG as well as a significant bump in HP and TQ. Using these in conjunction with the factory cats or a set of high flows will not throw a check engine light. O2 bungs are preinstalled for the rear sensors.  FITS 05-12

Doug Thorley definately took their time and paid attention to what works best on the Nissans. They designed this 100% bolt on system to provide the best power gains (10.5 hp and 15.25 lbs tq) and mileage gains while keeping the exhaust note mellow for even the most finicky drivers. A huge Nissan flaw is the very restrictive factory y-pipe and gigantic muffler. Thorley cured these problems by building a new mandrel bent Y-pipe with merged collector as well as eliminating the huge damage prone muffler and replacing it with a more compact free flow stainless muffler.  The system consist's of the new y-pipe, Mandrel bent tubing,  stainless muffler, resonated tailpipe and all the necessary hangers and hardware for installation.

TOTAL CHAOS pioneered the first bolt on Upper Control Arm system for the 05+ Frontier, XTerra/Pathfinder & 09+ Suzuki Equator that eliminates the factory ball joint and incorporates a 1" Teflon lined uniball for maximum travel. New alternative brands supply a smaller 7/8” uniball. This system is 100% bolt on and includes stock length replacement control arms that are manufactured using 4130 chromoly tubing. Factory upper arms contact the coil bucket during droop wheel travel. The contact is more noticeable when aftermarket coil spacer’s, lift kits or shocks have been installed. TC UCA’s incorporate a urethane droop stop pad which contacts the coil bucket during droop travel. TC also added caster in their design which will increase handling on and off road, and helps retain factory alignment specs when these aftermarket lifts are installed. We highly recommend adding lower control arm alignment cams  (PT# 91350) on vehicle models that are not equipped with these adjusters from the factory in order to maintain alignment specs. TC’s tubular arms come powder coated silver with an additional clear coat. These UCA’s will allow for additional wheel travel with some aftermarket applications. The arms can be installed on any Equator, Frontier, XTerra, or Pathfinder that retains the factory control arm and spindle mounting locations. All pivot tubes include zerk fittings to lubricate the urethane bushings and inner sleeves while the arms are bolted on the vehicle. TC’s fixed pivot & urethane bushing design will eliminate potential alignment hassles that can be a result from adjustable pivot alternatives. Reduce alignment errors and retain factory specs with TC’s system. The kit comes complete with 1" uniball’s, hi-misalignment spacers, urethane bushings, inner sleeves, droop stop pads and grade 8 hardware.

This smooth ride 2-leaf pack replaces the factory overload leaf on both the Xterra and Frontier. They will provide 1.5 - 2" of lift and also provide more resistance to bottoming out to improve ride and control.
